High-rise Residential Condominium for Region of Peel
Peel’s latest seniors’ building Summerville Pines celebrated its official opening on April 15, 2005. Owned and operated by the Region of Peel’s social housing corporation Peel Living, the eight-storey brick apartment building delivers 136 units of affordable seniors housing.
